The last day for leaf collection in Cecil Township is Thursday, November 19, 2020. However, you can drop off your leaves, bagged in biodegradable bags (not standard plastic garbage bags), in the concrete block area in the parking lot of the Public Works building as shown in the photo.
Biodegradable plastic bags are available at home centers such as Lowes. Home Depot, etc. Leaves dropped off in anything other than biodegradable bags will not be accepted by the recycler.
This dropoff location will be available only until 11-26-2020. No leaves will be accepted after 11-26-2020.
